OLA already have one unit transacting at $13xxpsf; Parc Central could see more units transacting at $13xxpsf.

My EC never hit 1k psf leh πŸ˜‚. Averaging 900psf only. Cheap cheap come and buy. Create awareness. 6 year old EC only.

6year old EC have plenty below $1k psf.. Bellewaters, Twin Fountains, Sky Park just to name a few haha.. I think the Canberra batch of EC would be seeing good profits upon MOP in the near future, so bro if urs in Canberra Huat!

Just need few hundred newbie sinkie families to buy for it to be sold out - only a tiny fraction of sinkie household.

Still makes little sense to buy this EC when many new resale private condos in punggol town going for cheaper. Gongxi gongxi to the buyers.

Hehe really gongxi to them once the Yishun EC plot is launch also expected $10xxpsf up.. the Sumang EC is better located imo, and it’s by CDL so gongxi!

currently Topiary selling with special approval is ady crossed 1000psf.. price after MOP will be even higher as buyers no need to fulfill EC eligibility anymore( except citizenship) .. how much do u think the new EC should sell at ?

Anyone know what is the typical maintenance fee for EC? Are they generally lower than private condo?

Ya, nearby SPR TOP a year plus earlier and also almost same psf.

Topiary is selling at almost PC price.

No, not really.. its basically based on the share value of the unit and num of units in the dev.. New EC is ard average about $260-300 for 3 bedders

Yes correct, if you looking at special approval EC, its the same ruling as buying brand new EC frm developer, with the exception tat there wont be any grant even if u r first timers..
