In few years time, EC will be 2k psf.If EC in those area $1400psf, then PC is $1,700psf? I cannot believe it despite considering market environment today. Lets see which "siao lang" will buy

It was really not too long ago that we can buy a 4-bedder Penthouse in Tampines or Punggol ECs for less than $1 million !
I hope that those buying above $1400 are Yishun/nature lovers. Those that stay longer than 10 years should by okay. But don’t ever expect Bishan Loft type of gain. From $420 in 2002 to current $13xx !

EM/EA was removed due to a couple of reasons. Official reasons is not optimal use of precious land due to our society having smaller households. Unofficial is MND foresee that EM/EA will one day cross $1m and they do not want that to happen. It is the same reasons for not offering 5-room BTOs in prime estates.
