4 years ago got Criterion, Parc Life and Signature at Yishun, Northwave at $800 psf. Lai Lai maitu liao, quick buy!

I read already sounds like many ppl not happy they miss the boat. Coca Cola from $70 to $1. Did it stop Warren Buffett from drinking Coca Cola? He didn’t say f man! I should have drink like a camel when it was $0.70. Aiya, accept the fact la. Window all up price then how? Developer give window FOC because price too high? ***** la! It is about transferring cost mah.
Today chicken up 50%, then don’t eat chicken lo. Eat vegetable can be healthier. But if today you need a MacBook with Final Cut to do your work, you cannot tell your boss you buy Huawei right? Or you draw freehand because you cannot afford MacBook Air? No need to say x year ago. Long long time ago, my grandfather buy landed cheaper than EC. **! Last time people wear shorts. Hong Kong don’t even have ICAC. Haha

To me, price will continue trending up la. What to do? Workers buy Nasi Goreng also increase price. 2 workers share 1 packet of rice meh. Cannot right?

i would reckon Q1 2023 more realistic, cos dont forget they need to have approval before can TOP.. so ding-dong here and there, probably next year lioa..
