Generally, how long does key collection take for a project of this scale, 2 weeks for a block? I can imagine the long wait for key collection for the last block!

Gov favours Punggol more than sengkang. Much more. Hospital gives sengkang, Punggol digital district, SIT gives Punggol.

End of the day when you are old, you will know hospital is damn important. When you are in ur 60s, staying near hospital is a blessing. Ask those who need to drive from their CCR condo to OCR to pick their parents then send them to hospital to do follow up appt.

Punggol is still very near to Sengkang General Hospital, just a few minutes drive away... Overall Punggol is more spacious compare to Sengkang
