Any recc on which is the absolute best/stable h170 mobo i can get if i go for non OC route i5-6600?
Should i be going for 2666mhz ram?
P400 seems like a good case. Will have to decide between this and r5 fractal.
Also, is it better to go for lower capacity but faster speed ssd?

No such thing as most stable motherboard. On general trend, motherboards with lesser onboard features tend to have lower return rates. There is no apparent performance differences between these chipsets. And you won't need a H170 chipset motherboard if you don't foresee yourself using more than 2 SSDs and 2 HDDs.
