PC noob here, I ordered a Palit GTX 750 TI from Convergent thru lazada to upgrade my prebuilt Acer Predator G3620.

I disabled secure boot and performed a clean uninstall of the old drivers and popped in the new card. I booted up the PC and was greeted with this glitched out Windows 8 home screen: imgur.com/qFG67CJ

Is there a step that I've missed or is the card faulty or not compatible with the motherboard/outdated bios? Thanks in advance.

The mobo is known to have compatibility issues with GPUs. Some have solved the problem by disabling SecureBoot. Others required a MB replacement.

Bro,

It might be a bad GPU.
Please bring it down to our Service Centre for through testing.
