I did a causal real-time connectivity for mobile connecting to Simba 5G along a short distance of expressways - the mobile was not consistent in always connecting to 5G but will switch to LTE.

That's the one I used. Top up within minutes for me. Make sure you enter the correct Heya mobile number to top up in the correct field on Shopee.

Kindly take note that the bonus 10% wallet balance will only come in within 1 - 2 days as that is processed by Heya, not the retailer.

Starhub has Giga which is still $10.10 per month for 10GB, or $15.14 per month for 50GB, if you ignore all the temporary promotions. That's one of the reasons I left them; they are still charging 2020 prices, whereas even M1 Maxx gives you more data at the same price.

M1's network truly sucks though, and with Heya using Singtel's network, there isn't even any good reason to consider either M1 Maxx, nor Giga for that matter, even though Starhub's network isn't bad, because Giga's pricing is too stupid and hasn't changed for the longest time.

The lowest priority on Singtel's network is still far better than the highest priority on M1's network.

I was hoping to find a comparison with any telco using Starhub network 100GB $10 pack.
So far none .
So at this time I believe for data 100GB need users.
Singtel Heya is a good choice already.

That's what I like about Heya; the system may be a little like a prepaid card system in that you need to put a reminder in your calendar to top up exactly on the expiry date every month; but other than a very slight inconvenience, they don't make you jump through dodgy hoops or actually make you stay for one year (12 months) to get the full bonus credit (I'm looking at you Vivifi).

$10 extra bonus for port-ins, 10% extra bonus for $30 or $50 wallet top-ups, all while the promotions are valid. It's very clear, straightforward, and easy to understand.

Plus it's Heya, which is fully part of Singtel, so they will never close down nor go bankrupt as they are not a separate company. The worst that could happen is they get absorbed back into Singtel, but you wouldn't lose your wallet balance.

The classification of Heya seems to be prepaid, although the terms and conditions say that Heya is postpaid. Anyway, it does not really matter.

If need to use the service, after the plan expire, will naturally buy a new plan one. So, actually no concern that the renewal is not automated. After all, got 60 days grace period.

You're absolutely spot on. However some people just want convenience at all costs, so they want automatic renewals. Also, some people want the rollover data, which you can only get if you renew on or before the expiry date of the data plan.

Honestly, I just made a trip to Kuala Lumpur yesterday. The roaming partner Maxis connection really very strong, whereas the heya parent Singtel connection also very strong. Even though I have been posting IG stories on the moving bus, the upload quality still very crystal clear nonetheless.

The only setback is that yesterday, because spent a whopping 13 hours on the bus (7 hours to KL and 6 hours to SG), I inevitably used close to 600MB of roaming data. But anyway, every subsequent topup for roaming connection only $3. Considered 一分錢一分貨吧. Really what we pay is what we get. $3 is small money.

In conclusion, even if don't have automated renewal, manually buy new plan also quite easy.

Able to get Singtel is really a privilege. Really thankful that Singtel has the sub brands Gomo and Heya to reach out to the lower income customers who could not afford the more pricey Singtel plans.

I installed Heya and My AI Life app on my phone but has the SIM card on a Huawei 4G router. I cannot receive SMS OTP (Using My AI Life app) when I try to get SMS OTP to login to the Heya app on the phone. Previously I can do it.

Can anyone help? The Heya Chatbot is not helpful. Thanks.

Correct. Though I won't wait until the very last minute as top ups need at least a few minutes to be processed. I'd say anytime between 00:00 and 23:00 tomorrow is safe if you want to benefit from rollover.

My Heya version 1.10.1 can receive the SMS OTP.
It could be they have made the app more secure i.e. if you do not have the sim in the phone, it doesn't allow you to request for OTP ?

IMHO.
Heya work differently.
You can put money into the so-call Heya Wallet via the shop, Shopee or Lazada. Then every month, when you receive the SMS, you go to the Heya App and use the $ inside to buy the data plan.

I install the Heya App into a non-heya-mobile-phone that has no Heya SIM card. I key-in my Heya number and was able to receive the SMS OTP on my Heya-mobile-phone.
Maybe you uninstall and re-install the Heya App again ?
