Previously ported from Giga to Heya, and now I'm having issues with my Heya .

Can't seem to receive any calls from Starhub users. No issues with calling Starhub users.

No issues with accepting calls from M1 users or SingTel users. But friends and family on Starhub can't call me....

Tried another phone, still can't receive calls from Starhub users....

If all fails, write to IMDA.

I have issue with M1 and ding dong between M1, Z1 & IMDA for 1 month, finally get my issue resolved.
Need to have patience, endurance and follow up closely.

Contact Heya already. That was weeks ago, until now still have the same issue.

1 month is too generous, they probably sleep on it.
1 week is more realistic. This also let them know that you are following up closely.

very hard to port from 8
some telco see 8 as prepaid
and doesn’t allow any porting

I wouldn’t want take the risk

I ported out fm Eight to Maxx & Simba, no problem at all.

IMHO.
Just tested. TPLink Deco X50-5G. The choice of router is important.

Use is no problem. See the link below to a thread with more information on different devices.
That time, the max speed for Heya was around 120/20. Now is much more faster.
Heya is capable of higher speed ( depending on your location ) but also dependent on the router and wifi performance.

wow guys, heya dont actively provide sim card replacement for sim card.

if you lost your sim card, you will need to chat with the agent, and they will put up a request to the relevant team, and this will take 3 to 5 working days.

better not lose your sim card, or swap to a telco where you need instant sim card replacement.
