I've filevault on but don't notice this problem.

Apparently it is happening to quite a few 15" Macbook Pro users. Some said it is file vault issue, other mentioned about video editing software.

Mine covers everything. Including the trackpad. This one is 'specially' made for 2016 late MBPs ba.

I find this touchbar app quite useful. Check it out. You can switch between apps and folders easily from it.

I had a delivery delay email as well. Called up the Apple Store, they said my shipment was currently getting cleared at Singapore Customs, which could take up to 24 hours. Most likely to be delivered tomorrow (9am-12pm).

Originally delivery was for today 2 Dec.

My unit suppose to arrive on 2nd Dec as well... But yesterday dhl say shipment delay haven't reach singapore but will reach singapore at night and delivery will be saturday 3pm-9pm... This morning call to confirm delivery timing cos don't want to waste time waiting... they say shipment still in hong kong haven't reach singapore... No further information... Ask me ignore yesterday information

Yeah, I called later in the evening and got the answer that the shipment was stuck in HK due to a flight problem and that delivery would be delayed till Monday... but latest checking on the tracking system says that the shipment just reached the delivery facility in Singapore, so maybe it'll be delivered today.

I plan to purchase refurbished mbp 13" 2015 for browsing and watching youtube. I will use my desktop pc for more intensive computing. Basically just use it for simple computing and light microsoft office editing.

I'm first time using mac pc, btw.

Is it wise choice? Need any advice from mac expert. Will I encounter lag or slow loading with the old mbp 2015?

if its just browsing n youtube..i think mb or mba should be enough already??
