I already got my blade via US razerzone and use Vpost to ship over. Using it since 25th July. Mai tu liao, this is the best laptop by far. 17inch or other 14inch can go fly kite lol

Razer Blade overprice like always.

Serious just go for MSI or AfterShock for logical choice.

no offence, but with that same price i can trade the weight out for even powerful notebook like Aftershock = 780m + SSD or even can upgrade the processor with that price

Actually if you buy a barebone laptop and if its from usa...u can easily get a machine with gtx780m and ssd around 2.5k sgd.

But the razer blade slim factor is pretty appealing, if the 14 inch is about 2.5k and 17 inch like 3k to 3.2k i think i might get 1 too. Sometimes looks do kills haha and i do admit it looks really cool.

With the recently launched msi gs70 i think its more value for money.

Barebone lolx, yup it will be even cheaper, :/ but honestly say~ then only thing worth for that price is the slim designed. and for the 17 inch, we all know that no one other than Razer created those multi function touch panel.

The laptop looks quite nice. Have played around with it at Best Denki and I don't like the plasticky Switchblade keys. Switchblade is supposed to be their strong point but somehow I think they should be able to do better.

Also not forgetting one pays a high premium for the design, but the specs are lacking and they don't allow buyers to configure, which I think will definitely boost their sales. Why spend a premium buying a cool laptop with second grade specs?

Edit: Correction, this version doesn't have the changeable touch pad and keys. The one I played with was the 15 or 17inch older version

Hey there, the one you tried at Best Denki is the 17inch Razer Blade Pro. The Razer Blade is a 14inchm Switchblade-less notebook.
