The budget --> $1K is slightly stretched.

You can get normal RAMs instead. Cheaper. Just use the stock CPU cooler will do for your case.

Get a Zotac graphics card. Maybe a GTX 1060 will do. If worse comes to worst, you need to get a GTX 1050 to ensure that your budget don't burst.

Find the cheapest motherboard to couple with your CPU.

Get a HDD (Partition it) and don't get a SSD.

PSU... You just find a 600W or 550W one. Any brand will do for your case. Just get the cheapest.

Casing? You recycle your old casing?

Hmm the budget can be flexible abit bah, but generally <1.5k

700w ok la, but if 1000w then really is overkill in today's standard.
