I admire the way she speak and been question.
Her mind think very fast and respond very good unlike peiling seem like been "instructed" to answer questions?
And when peiling gave speech seem like she is reading a storybook.

maybe due to their job.

Nicole S is an advertiser excutive. Most advertisers is very good in speaking since they have to deal clients alot to sell their ideas.

whereas peiling in E&Y as accountant or what? I forget.

lol anywhere

I wonder in next years Nicole S already married people still support there?
No doubt many people knew she already has a bf and he always acompanny her during the rallies and walkabout.

well, in terms of speech ability, she is just like any other ordinary folks. it is difficult to answer intelligently at the glaring issues, and that will take a big hypocrite.

she looks pleasing, but not to the extent of people supporting her of her looks.

do you think that people will support dawn yang if she comes out to be an opposition party? she will attract a different group, and probably will catch a portion of PAP votes, compared to nicole who does not appeal to PAP supporters but will move a portion of the initially apathetic public

i think more so with her is that she is an emotional yet articulated person. she had a compassion that is not easily revealed or expressed by others - one of the very rare quality among the oppositions, and possibly inexistent for the incumbent.

yup, i realised that after watching her first debut. sincere and full of drive. =:p

At one of the rallies, a gentleman shouted out to Nicole, 'You're a true Singapore princess!' Can't agree with it more. Yeah, I'm biased. :)

she proved to be more of an distraction... a foil to TPL and the distraction that caused the NSP's other teams to be unable to gather media attention.

she is a resident of which part of town? WP nominated a Joo Chiat thoroughbred and he nearly toppled the seating MP.

i would agree that she outshines the other team members too much.

like a super fast CPU but coupled with slow mobos, slow gfx card, and slow memory. overall system not gonna be very fast...=:p

If we have a lacklustre candidate in place of Nicole contesting the MP GRC, the NSP score would have been awful. I was actually quite happy that Nicole's stealing all the limelight - bottom line is, it's her immense popularity that helped boost the NSP's results. :)

he shooting MBT over HDB issues? he even went there to contest against him.

End up instead of him being the Hot candidate.... it was all Nicole.

If they get Wood Xuan, guarantee u TPL the second coming. For all the pub they gave her, it is always someone else that wins best actress, even her supporting star can...........

exactly. nsp had star candidates. but sidelined because the media focused only on nicole, because she allowed it and wanted to be the focus. nsp suffered as a result of the distraction and didnt even get a seat. but most ppl wont realise that - too distracted still with nicole even after the election as she still got things to say. :)

serious case of rookie at running election campaigns...

RP's main weakness is also that. They failed to generate the buzz needed.

Sounds like you're implying Nicole has a part to play in the whole NSP not winning seats?

Say we don't have Nicole. Do you think NSP could have done any better? Not necessarily.

Don't forget that the well-oiled, well-disciplined WP with strong candidates in at least one other GRC other than the dream team managed to win only 1 GRC (though it's an achievement all by itself).

As Goh Meng Seng admitted, he's made an error for not putting the best in one team, but diluted the firing power across few GRCs.

Don't blame it on Nicole for stealing the show. Tony Tan's team did create buzz. Nicole's light just shone a little brighter that's all.

Truth is, Singaporeans just aren't ready for more opposition.

She is 24 and legal age of rights that makes one adult is? Voting age. Marrying age. Drinking age. Consenting age. Working age. She is already in adult category, no? You are not falling for her, are you? ;)
