so it is ok for her to ask... nth wrong... just not very gd to transfer to her directly...

some ppl r saying that they shouldn't overspent if they do not have the meants to do it... but if they don't do all that they r doing, ppl won't even notice... for e.g. RP

so to upz presence, they must do it for a chance...

Nicole was offered money to endorse some product earlier on. Why not use that raise he profile and the money for a good cause like running of election

however, the appeal by nicole only applies to marine parade campaign. only if and when there is excess after defraying marine parade's costs and expenses will the money go to nsp.

since that is the case, this appeal should still be party sanctioned, especially when the appeal did not seem to be in nicole's personal capacity and personal purpose.

also, given that jeannette had also seek a similar appeal, it is reasonable to infer that it may not necessary be the case that the campaign teams of jeannette and nicole are in financial trouble and therefore need help to defray such costs and expenses. if that were so, then it is more probable that the appeals are meant as reimbursements.

each candidate deposit was 16k , should they have enough fund to cover it? unless the deposit is not party fund? and they not wish to pay $$ for their campaign or the money wasnt theirs also and they now in debt?
