The sets sold by Mobile Relation for 600+ in Shopee/Lazada/Amazon got a Japanese set picture.

Japanese sets are region locked.

Japan has 2 different Switch 2 SKUs. The one that is not region locked is priced at 69,980 yen so maybe they're bringing that in?

I don't seem to see the listings anymore though.

I believe they require buyers to have a Japanese Nintendo Online account to buy? Or do lottery? In any case, can you guarantee they won't accidentally buy the wrong set? They have a cheaper one that's region locked (both eshops and physical copies) to Japan. 20000 yen cheaper. You might end up with that set instead.

Yes, The cheapest option would be to get it directly from Hong Kong from a friend or something. Japan is a non-starter due to the lottery systems.
