yes. same as the figurine..i nvr care about amiibo very long alr but iirc the only cards tt nintendo released was the animal crossing one...which is kinda useless..

i recently read on reddit got pirated china amiibo cards which work also...u need to go google if u wan know more, like i said, i stopped caring about amiibos long time alr

amiibo ish only 13$ on the enitire planet except for sg, where the price can jump to 70$....

https://www.theverge.com/2017/5/15/15639978/zelda-smartphone-game-nintendo-wsj

Nintendo is developing a Legend of Zelda game for smartphones, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal. The game is likely to be released following the upcoming mobile version of Animal Crossing, which is expected to arrive sometime this year.

interesting.

that aside. wonder if they will use the same BotW engine to create a game that shows the events 100 years before BotW. since the main problem with BotW is storyline and most of its story has already happened 100 years ago. and then maybe we get to play as Zelda?

Not sure abt US but I was in Japan from 1/5 to 10/5, unable to get a set.
Challenger one should be standard bundle, Zelda + just dance 2017.

Those are custom NFC cards which they scan the amiibo data into it themselves. You can DIY for like 40c each only (NFC card cost price). This is not considered fully 'legal' though, since most of the sellers are actually using downloaded amiibo bin data, not ones which they owned themselves.

The official amiibo cards right now I think there's only the Animal Crossing series.

I think it's going to be loose as i see people clamping it with a binder clip to the dock. But will confirm once mine arrives.

I also have the same concern, if the extension cable (female end) will stay in place in the dock, as the dock has a "spring platform" that reveals more of the usb C male port when pressed down. So unless it is a tight fit, I figured the female port may pop out of the dock, partly due to the spring platform that pops up.

I was thinking of using a piece of folded cardboard and stuff it down into the dock tight enough such that it holds the spring platform down, and then use a cloths peg or bull-dog clip to hold the USB C extension cable in place.

So far docking the switch in the dock works fine for me. But as I intend to get a case with a cover flap (to protect the screen), the whole switch may not fit into the dock when put into the case. Still waiting for the cables to arrive.
