shopee did cancel the order if the seller do not fulfill it within the timing set. Example they say ship by 28 September and they didn't change the status shipped then shopee will auto cancel the order and refund...

What do you gain by clicking? Nothing.
What do you lose by not clicking? Nothing.
So don't click.

Only click "order received" when you actually received the order and verified that it's in good working condition. It's pretty simple English really, "order received", why does it have to be so complicated?

Don't let a seller BS you and pressure you into giving up your rights. If a seller is threatening to not fulfill your order if you don't click "order recieved" way before they send it out, you should report their sh*tty business practice to Shopee and CASE.

If you like clicking "order received", please send me your blank cheque signed.

just click no harm, qisahn will ask for your contact details after that. once item arrived they will notify you.

Personal opinion is DON'T CLICK. When collecting item then click. If Shopee send reminders to ask you to click, you can click on Extend Shopee Guarantee and prolong as long as u can till you collect.

ps: wonder how much they earn from those unfulfilled orders that they refunded that used those Shopee Vouchers. 50 ppl refund = $10 x 50 = $500!

Order might be cancelled. Didnt happen to some doesnt mean it wont happen. A Shopee order status will automatically change to "Order Received" within a certain time frame even if u dont click "Order Received". For eg, You preordered a 31st Dec release date title and Qisahn "shipped" it out on 20th Sept .. the order status will automatically change to "Order Received" by 27th Sept. You can extend this to 30th Sept by clicking "Extend Shopee Guarantee" but even so the game wont miraculously reach you before 31st Dec.

Wow, okay, if 3months then no choice. Normally I preorder around 1 month in advance at most.

By right if buyer never click order received and also never click refund or dispute, after a few days shopee will release funds to seller. This is how it worked for me when I sold some stuff a year ago.

Actually in the same msg that Qisahn ask you to click the "Order Received" they will ask you for your email address to email you when the game is ready for collection...

I don't think Qisahn got any items for pre-order that is more than 2 months...So I don't think anyone should click "Order Received" if let's say your pre-order release date is less than a month or within a month...

I dont see the point of having a 10 days Shopee protection if your preorder item will only be out after 10 days.

The 10 days quoted is just an eg. Cant remember the exact period..might be 14 days or so. The point is even if u dont click "Order Received", the status will still change to "Order Received" after a certain period. Your preorder game might not be released by then.

To quote Shopee when I have a problem with one of the seller on their platform,

"As for your future purchases, if you have yet to receive your items and the Shopee guarantee is ending soon, kindly do not hesitate to request for a refund through the app.

This is to ensure you secure your payment within Shopee as we do not wish the payment release to the seller and you as a buyer without receiving the item as it will be unfair to you."

So far I have no issues with all my pre-order with Qisahn as I probably pre-order 1-2 weeks prior to release as that will be the best time to pre-order with all the discounts...So far I have not had my pre-order with Qisahn automatically marked as "Order Received" or I have to resort to using the Shopee Guarantee for my pre-order with Qisahn...

So I don't see why anyone should be so kancheong spider to quickly release the payment to them when they requested when you have not received the items...Since it is already marked as "Shipped" it will automatically be marked to "Order Received" in 10 business days if I remember correctly and even then, you can extend the Shopee Guarantee as Shopee will keep asking you to mark the items as Order Received or file a dispute before a certain date...

No one is disputing on whether Qisahn will fulfill all their orders...I think 90% of my pre-orders are exclusively made through Qisahn and I have zero problem in any of my pre-order experience with them...The only issue is them messaging you that Shopee will cancel the pre-order after a certain period of time if you did not click on the "Order Received"...Shopee will automatically marked the item as "Order Received" after a certain period after the seller has marked the item as "Shipped"...If they did not marked the item as "Shipped", it is really on them if the pre-order got cancelled by Shopee...But they will always marked the item shipped almost immediately, so you will have no worries about the order being cancelled...
