It's fulfilled by Lazada so I guess it's lazada direct! Not sure why it states no warranty on the order though! Do you know of any way I can check that there is indeed a warranty when my set arrives?

We probably have the same bundle. Sigh I'm pretty sure it stated that there's local warranty but now I'm uncertain. I think I'll just check the set when it arrives. But even if it turns out to not have warranty, I doubt I can return the set.

You can always email Lazada to check as well, since if its fulfilled by them, they should be able to give you an answer. And if you got any proof / screenshot to show that when you placed the order, it clearly stated that it comes with 1 year local warranty, you can reject the parcel when it arrives and doesnt comes with local warranty.

I think the same thing happened before with the people buying in March including me. The set arrived with maxsoft sticker so have warranty.

My set also comes from Lazada and fulfilled by them. But in my order page, it still stated that it comes with 1 year local warranty, whereas for theirs it doesnt.

I personally rather buy local. But I think the newer switches don't have as much problem. I see much less complains now.

Hmm. Then maybe people just stop complaining.

Last time people have so. Many issues. Warping when in the dock, joycon desync etc. Now people don't talk about it so I thought maybe its better.

I personally will almost always care about warranty for most electronics. Too many time somethings goes bad and warranty save me.

Which bundle did you get? If buyers wanna be sure that its a new batch, they can just get those SMO bundles, since its just released recently.

Can't really tell from the pictures. It also ships from overseas.

Mine also stated local set with 12 months warranty (12.12 set with Zelda and Splatoon 2) but invoice state no warranty. Wtf! I really hate to buy from Lazada! So much **** to clear!

erh thats normal... after u buy, it shows no warranty, it should be a bug

The only way to confirm if there's warranty is to contact Maxsoft, provide them your serial number for them to check their database.

Try checking your order on the Lazada page! In the order confirmation email, there's nothing stated regarding the warranty. But on the Lazada order page, it states no warranty for mine.
