Same Same. I order on Sunday night. Think they don have stock bah.

I ordered local set on Sunday too. Finally got thru after numerous calls and a lady saying stock will only arrive next week. Asked her when exactly next week, she said will call when the stock arrived.

Been reading their reviews on the other stuff they are selling, seems like it's mixed reviews. We better check cable, power cord, etc are in it when we collect.

Do note they are close on Mondays and only open from 2pm to 8pm.

quite curious on how the pricepoint will be though. price it too high and it becomes a failure.
Price already announced and it's too high. There are 2 kits, one at US$80 (only the robot suit thing) and another at US$70 (the other stuffs - house, piano, etc). For something so prone to wear and tear, the price is ridiculous. It's very creative, I give them that, but I suspect the game software side to be basic minigames. IMHO that's too much money to ask for some cardboards. (I expect them to sell replacement cardboards at US$10 or something. Or look out for China clones. Or people scanning the designs and post on web so you can print and cut your own.) But then, being Nintendo, it will surely sell very well, and will drive more ppl to buy the Switch.

There is software included, which I guess will make up most of the SRP. I think cardboard is around US$10 and maybe US$20 for robots since it seems more complicated. US$60 is usual software price for console game.

Also if you got spare cardboards apparently you can do it yourself for free too.

Definitely agree at what you have shared the price of those kits will be the borderline for some gamers and owners of a Nintendo Switch. But in the contrast like for me that have nephew and niece coming every weekend to visit and play with you ... if they will be having fun with it, No choice but to buy one :):):) :s13::s13::s13:

it’s too high for us maybe because we dont feel a natural inclination to play it? i dont know if it really is too high for people who have kids though. when i went to toys r us recently to pick up a gift for my nephew i realised that toys are not cheap anymore? when i see a ninjago set that goes for $100+ and i think about this i think they’re opening up another market for themselves. i feel like it’s worth the money if i have kids as it encourages them to make, play and imagine? hell, even i feel the inner child in me being receptive to it.

that said, the promo video is reminiscent of the 1-2 switch to me. i almost feel like this will be a success if properly done or it could really fall flat on it’s face.
