Hi all,

I need some help in regards to connecting the Switch via HDMI to TV output. I did all the steps online but still shows no signal on my TV set.
Another thing is, can I output my Switch to the Digital TV box set that the MDA issued to households which still use old TV sets?

Just got the switch today! Playing Mario Odyssey now and I must say the experience is pretty good! Can’t really compare with my PS4 as it feels totally different. Two different device. Anyways, have the following question:
Is 16gb memory card good enough? Probably playing one or two games at once only.
Any good casing to recommend?
Any good games to recommend? I’ll be getting Diablo definitely.

16gb Micro Sd? You got to be joking right? The Switch got 32gb inbuilt memory and you wanted to add 16gb?128gb micro sd is super cheap now...

Try connecting a laptop or TV box to your TV with the same HDMI cable and see whether got display? If there is, means your switch has problems. If no display, means either the HDMI cable or TV has problems.

I don't think you can output switch to the TV box...

Memory - People here get 64 at least. Mine's 128GB.

Comparing with console.. nothing beats lazing on your sofa conquering D3 & picking loots on a handheld :s13:

Guys.. got a question. How come my switch sometimes cannot detect my 5G fibre broadband at home but at times can?

On all occasions, the 5G fibre is working fine on my phone though.

Also.. another network related question, every time you on your switch from sleep mode, it doesn't auto connect to saved network? or needs awhile to do that?

Switch cannot detect 5GHz network. But some ppl say if you change the channel in the router setting then it will detect. I've been playing with 2.4 GHz all along.

But sometimes it can leh.. auto connect to my 5G band network and speed is very fast. 2.4Ghz sucks on the Switch.

I all along connect my Switch to 5GHz WiFi network, no problems at all and speed is fast.

But for those having problems, 5GHz effective wireless range is noticeably shorter than 2.4GHz, so perhaps it could be distance issue causing the problem?
