anybody know does convergent fix oled that are not bought from them or maxsoft? export set perhaps?
best is to ask them directly, but i believe like all other gadgets, no company will entertain export set unless there's international warranty where switch doesn't have.

Hi all,
May I know which is more reputable shop to get oled?

Should I get local or agent or extended warranty from the shop?
Is it necessary for extended warranty?

i saw Qisahn review not very good for after sale service and warranty.

Thank you
Newbie😊

for me, extended warranty is not really needed. and im not really sure what does their extended warranty cover compare to the switch original warranty.

i use my switch for like 3-4 years at least, no issue. except for joycon drift which warranty doesnt cover

Looking to get a Gen 2 Nintendo Switch, am considering either from Qisahn or Qoo10 (Kr seller). Price difference is $40 ($399 vs $359) and Qisahn has the option of extending warranty for a further 4 years @ $40 - mainly warranty for console excluding battery.

Can I check aside from Joycon issues, is it really necessary to have local warranty, and extended warranty??

Hoping to get the most bang for buck :)

I got the 1st gen from QS with extended warranty, no issues even with the joycon. The kid at home took over that switch and a few months ago I got the animal crossing model, think is gen 2 from qoo10 for $350. So far so good... playing smash bros and botw on it. I rarely use the original control especially on smash bros, bought 8BitDo SN30 Pro+ instead as it is very similar feel to the PS4 controller.
