NINTENDO SWITCH
By now you’ve hopefully heard that The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is coming to Nintendo Switch in retail form. What does it mean?
It means that there is more than just The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on launch. Afterbirth+ will be available at retail as well as on the Nintendo eShop for $39.99 and will include Rebirth, Afterbirth and Afterbirth+ packed together as one game.

Senran Kagura producer talks Nintendo Switch

Famitsu: What point leaves the most impression to you?

Kenichiro Takaki: It’s the HD Rumble after all. Because I want to express “softness” with it. I already created a project, and now I’m in the middle of focusing on how to realise it. I think games have a “sensation of touching” in many meanings, so I want to realise a new experience that ’s exclusive to Nintendo Switch.

not surprise bah

every 5 years Nintendo will release a new console. Yes. Wii U (very late 2012) is almost 5 years old le believe it or not.

and also the under-stock of the console to create hype. oh well.

good thing also, the network won't die on day 1 due to patching and downloading of games :s13:

Why do you think it is under stocked? Isn't this in general true with all launches? There'll always be a group of people (scalpers included) who MUST have it on day 1.

Nintendo was late to push the updated specs to manufacturer, only 2 million units are made for the whole world to last for several months(From now till a few weeks of march). Just not enough to spread the butter...

Ignoring most places like Singapore, Europe/Americas/Japan with only few hundred thousands are available spread and tens of thousands are kept in stock just in case of returns. So it's heaven for scalpers, hell for rabid nintendo fanboys.

I feel that most of the stock is already shipped and ready for sale, probably just waiting in warehouses.
They just keep making, ensuring a steady supply from launch date.
