NINTENDO SWITCH
By now you’ve hopefully heard that The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is coming to Nintendo Switch in retail form. What does it mean?
It means that there is more than just The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild on launch. Afterbirth+ will be available at retail as well as on the Nintendo eShop for $39.99 and will include Rebirth, Afterbirth and Afterbirth+ packed together as one game.
Right. Ppl would pay $40 for a 4-5 yr old game that constantly drop to <$5 at steam sale.
Famitsu: What point leaves the most impression to you?
Kenichiro Takaki: It’s the HD Rumble after all. Because I want to express “softness” with it. I already created a project, and now I’m in the middle of focusing on how to realise it. I think games have a “sensation of touching” in many meanings, so I want to realise a new experience that ’s exclusive to Nintendo Switch.
“In the case of Nintendo Switch, if you change the language of the system, you can change the game to Japanese, but that will change everything to Japanese. Unfortunately, it is not possible to play with English text, for example, and Japanese voices.”

- HD Rumble is being implemented
- feel vibration from the Joy-Con when slashing enemies, and it differs for each monster
- slashing a Slime will give a jelly feeling
- slash a Golem for a rough / hard vibration
- when slashing a bunch of enemies, you’ll be able to notice that a Metal Slime is hidden somewhere in the crowd
- difficulty level and game balance has been adjusted
- improved elements introduced for Dragon Quest Heroes II will now be applied to the first game
- includes Ragnar McRyan from Dragon Quest IV as a new character
- Malroth from Dragon Quest II is also appearing as a boss
- more details coming during a live stream close to launch
Nintendo jp store cannot log in....no need to po liao...gg

not surprise bah
every 5 years Nintendo will release a new console. Yes. Wii U (very late 2012) is almost 5 years old le believe it or not.
and also the under-stock of the console to create hype. oh well.
good thing also, the network won't die on day 1 due to patching and downloading of games![]()
yup. generally it is true for all console launch. except for PS3. 499USD on launch. Why do you think it is under stocked? Isn't this in general true with all launches? There'll always be a group of people (scalpers included) who MUST have it on day 1.
Someone is selling e jpn ver switch @
$500 in carosell

Nintendo was late to push the updated specs to manufacturer, only 2 million units are made for the whole world to last for several months(From now till a few weeks of march). Just not enough to spread the butter...
Ignoring most places like Singapore, Europe/Americas/Japan with only few hundred thousands are available spread and tens of thousands are kept in stock just in case of returns. So it's heaven for scalpers, hell for rabid nintendo fanboys.
