Of cos not normal. Your mobile, tablet, laptop etc also dont work this way.
Anyway I play till 1% before also never enter sleep mode. You better return yours.

Best if you can get a valid receipt. If not I do recall that for 3DS products, there should be a maxsoft sticker. Not sure about switch though... anyone can verify?

Can we link one account to multiple countries?

Can only link 1 region at a time but you can change region anytime. You need to go to your profile and Nintendo website to change the region. Someone mentioned this before. Unless you really want to accumulate your points to 1 account only, I find multiple accounts with multiple region easier. The games can still be played by all accounts in the Switch.

Agreed with this. There is no Maxsoft sticker on my Switch box. I read that Maxsoft recorded the serial number of the Switch that they ship out. So if your Switch is from them, the warranty is base on the retailer receipt.

I think most of the imported sets would be from Japan. If you see Japanese text, JPN or Japan somewhere on the box, that might be an indicator.

My returned export set (kickstand faulty) is from EU. Maxsoft is selling EU too.

yeah. but not often will get $20 on low price item. More than 30% off.

Plannin to get a cheap case for my switch on lazada too since i still have the 50% vouchers. Too bad they dont have screen protector that look good,.
