Plannin to get a cheap case for my switch on lazada too since i still have the 50% vouchers. Too bad they dont have screen protector that look good,.

You must have gotten it before. Now no more already. But some people are still giving it out in the main lazada thread in HWC. Its a 50% voucher maximum $20

sandisk 128gb microsd is $37 after $20 off from convergent in lazada.. too bad i only learn about shopback after i made the purchase.. otherwise with singtel rewards signup bonus and shopperks can get another $13 off

screen protector is not glass right? I dunno if i should get a cheap glass one or one of these. Lazada have one from shopitree for about the same price as a cheap china glass one also.

Glass ones feel very nice but some cheap ones are not very good. Can have problem. Some cheap ones are good and nice though.

Nintendo official fix for the Joycon desync issue.

Before sending it to Nintendo for repair:

After sending it to Nintendo (notice the black foam on the lower right):

I even tried removing the foam, and sure enough: The controller stops working properly when it's not there.

Its a conductive foam that's been specially treated with nickel, copper or both so it can shield electronics from RF interference. Please dont open your Joycon and add some random foam to it

I think Japanese consoles have a red box?

Red box is only for My Nintendo Store purchased as you can choose what joycon and strap colour combinations you want hence they can't print the colour on the box. Normal retail sets in Japan use the same box that are available locally but has Japanese text on it.
