Its not oil from the hand. The Joy-con loses its top coating and this causes the "shiny" bottom portion to be exposed. The neon 1 is not that obvious as compared to the grey 1.

This is using the joy-cons naked or with crystal case, silicon cover?

Happened to my grey 1 with crystal case (used it on day 1). Happened to my friend grey 1 too..he is using it naked. Didnt see this problem for the Neon 1... maybe the neon 1 is using a different base that's not shiny and thus not so obvious.

Is like a tyre being use mah. U press press on the buttons and our fingers contain some sweats and is acidic so wear and tear kicks in. Unless u tell me button not working else i think is fine.

You analogy flawed leh.. I press Xbox one controller 2 years still look perfect.

Not possible. The sound cannot be output from the Switch when docked. Get a monitor with speaker or a TV?

If you have desktop speakers with an aux port, get a male to male 3.5mm cable to connect the switch to the speakers. Im currently using that setup on my computer table too.

Yes. It will auto enable the mini stereo port if it is connected.

Yup, an issue i did face however, was that there was a buzzing sound when both my computet and switch was connected and on at the same time. Apparently caused by voltage difference. I had to buy a ground loop noise isolator to solve the issue.

Short answer: Yes
Did I ever say Switch is full of quality games? I'd actually be lying if I say that.

I don't deny there might be some game sub 80 metacritic that might be interesting, but for the most part, sub 80 usually will have some glaring problem.
Even games that I enjoy with sub 80 score, I can usually understand why many people might have problem with them.

I might have been too harsh by using the terms shovelware, but not good = bad is probably about right. If it's not good, it's either ok or bad, and being ok currently is not a good spot to be in. There are way too many games (especially indie) coming out everyday. Ok is not worth the time unless you are in school with lots of free time (I actually doubt school kids are that free either).

Aren't you actually being too soft with Sony?
Their PS Plus game selection used to be great. I considered signing up for PS Plus before. Now the standard drops a lot.

Your LCD monitor has no audio out? If have you can connect speakers to the audio port.

Just got my copy of Dragon Quest Heroes I.II today. Play part I in handheld mode till I got the flying ship. Overall frame rate not too bad. I can't see or feel how many FPS it's like. My sensor not so good LOL. There are occasions of frame rate drop. But it doesn't affect the gameplay a lot. Still quite smooth playing the game.
