How the refund for deposit works? Credit to Qisahn or cash?

For my Kindle last yr, it was done by Ninja Van, was quite okay. At least the courier called before coming. But they don't deliver on weekends. Read on TOG they are arranging with Lazada to deliver on launch day. So i think it is either Friday or Monday..

My delivery dates messed up, shows 7th onwards. I was one of the first few to order, then the seller changed the dates to 3rd for new orders Will see what can be done tomorrow.

I saw the notification by Lazada, then took sometime to "investigate" if legit.

Good thing is my order has been confirmed, not sure for the rest.

The feb 21 order got cancelled. I only placed the new order after i checked Lazada has listed the correct date Now mine is 3-4 March lor.

I think u cancel and re-order again? If not i think urs might cock up somehow.Their automated dispatch system might skip urs on 3-4...and only deliver to u on 7 onward.

I put order with them, then realized I put wrong address.
Sent them a request to update shipping address and they told me they can't change address ... wtf.
I asked them to cancel my order altogether, which somehow they are able to do even though they can't change address.
I've never bought from Lazada before, but this put red flag for me. Never heard of a shop not able to update shipping address. Even the incompetent Singpost is able to do that.

dont pay extra 2.99

My previous 20+ order all chose free shipping.. if they can deliver same day they will do it regardless its free or 2.99. Pay extra 2.99 wont have "special priority"...its like free money for them.
