Those who successfully order fm Japan Amazon, how much do guys think the taxes will be if really had to be taxed?

On this note, how to we settled the taxes so as to not delay the shipment to us? Any past experiences?

pretty sure the ac charger will come with the jp plug as well.

then you have to go through the universal converter back to local sockets. and then a transformer.

oh well. have fun.

think most modern smartphones are using USB-C, those should work, as some mentioned.

The Switch AC adapter shld be rated 100-240v. Nintendo used to sell Wii and Wii U for US/Jap with 100v AC adapter so u do need a transformer for those.

However, it has already been confirmed that the AC adapter for the US Switch comes with a 100-240v AC adapter so I dont see why Jap will not do the same.

so u can use some 2$ converter. no need jelly ppl save more money than you pls, we r all here to find the best deal

anyway more and more ppl reviewing the switch, more and more people finding it lackluster besides zelda...in the end, a console is a brick if theres no games

Same sentiments. Reconsidering too since I have Wii U. Thinking to play Zelda on Wii U and wait for more games to be out end of 2017

tried purchased the windows ver of i am setsuna and soundtrack and whoa i am impressed. will be getting the switch version on that day.

Completed I am Setsuna on PC..super easy. Close eye mash button during fight turn can win liao. Its a Chrono Trigger wanna be but nv reach the height of Chrono Trigger. Only the soundtrack is gd. Gameplay and story is forgettable.

yup. another pair of joy cons for 4x players action loh.

thats why really no need for another pair of joy cons so early.

and Bomberman R is(maybe) the only launch game that supports >2 players I guess.

bomberman is fine, it's a much much better game to play with friends that 12switch


every other game so far is at least 6months old..i am setsuna is a boring ass game tbh and very disappointing

u can play the game on your tv(ps4/whatever console) and on your com..so why u wan to buy on the switch???its not a portable game so no advantages to being able to carry it around

I think for I am Setsuna, this is the only portable version that got translated. VITA version is only available in JPN language.

and its for the nostalgia feels bah. but yeah. Zelda will bury all the rest of the games, so I am always surprised when everyone mentioned that the launch lineup is poor. yeah. it's all ports. But AAA console quality games on the go.

that really depends on how Nintendo position the device.

certainly some games work well with 2 screens and a stylus.

that kinda gameplay is what made DS/3DS unique. and also why Nintendo released the dreaded Wii U
