gamecube virtual console games probably 1 or 2GB each.

I dun think there is Gamecube virtual console
unless they announce it in the next 7 weeks.

talking about cartridge. now I wonder how day 1 patch going to work. patch installed in internal storage?

they are already doing day 1 patch for 3DS. so I guess..... no problem!

Then what's the excuse for the high price (USD70) for the pro controller, which is similar to PS4 controller and Xbox One controller (both are USD60 in US, USD50 in SG)? The Switch pro controller probably has less features crammed inside (no touch pad, no light bar, no speaker, no trigger button, probably no 3.5mm earphone jack etc).

Honestly the job con doesn't really have that much technology built-in. It just has stick, buttons, rumble, g sensor. The competitors have all that. The only things extra are: amiibo reader (basically NFC sensor in many mobile phones) and IR sensor. IR sensor isn't some new hardware, it's only how they use it (a software/firmware thing rather than hardware), so the cost of the joy cons won't be much higher due to it.

And what excuse for the joy con charging grip (USD30), which is just a battery bank (<USD5) with some plastic .

Let's face it, the accessories are very overpriced.

I think I can get by without the online services. Zelda is never going to be multiplayer anyways. So is Mario.
