I do not have the e-ticket or voucher code the seller mentioned to present when self collect. Only a payment confirmation with order number. Do you guys have?

the item page got some q&a and i saw the reply about someone asking when can pick up and seller reply on 3rd Mar after 6pm..the stock will be available to pick up..

and you can check on your qoo10 order page and look for the pickup voucher..just print this and go to the outlet you mentioned in seller memo for pickup..
