The staff told me verbally and was trying to "solve " my problem asap as there are another switch customer who is having problems too.
They are bulls***tting you to clear your case, they got other customer to handle is their problem not your when the reason they gave you is S**t.
I believe if they give you the Case ID with Nintendo and email Nintendo directly , you might even get a new switch instantly and free eshop credits.
