According to Nintendo (here):

Basically they are saying wireless signals can cause interference resulting in the joy-con desync issue. Having a stronger wifi router (which is a 'wireless access point') will more likely cause interference.

BT uses frequency-hopping spread spectrum so unlikely especially at less than 5m distance .

I believe them trying to hide their 1st batch production problems which is the BT anntena problem demonstrated by a youtuber when he opened up the joycon and tune the BT anntena increasing the range of the joycon .

Use the bloody warranty if you dun want to tune your own joycon.

Unless they change the design, 1st or 8th batch also no difference. The BT antenna on the left joy-con is on the PCB, not external, and it is right next to the joystick's base, which is one big piece of metal (Nintendo's own advise, do not place the joycon in or under a metal object). And this on-board antenna is also positioned where your fingers may rest.

The home-made patch is to create your own antenna and run it in the opposite direction (towards the bottom instead of the top side of the joycon). If Nintendo does this, that's a change of design. Note that they cannot just duplicate the right joy-con design (which has an external antenna going to the side), since the joysticks (and the big metal base) are located differently from the left joy-con, plus the right joy-con has IR sensor and NFC.

So basically if one have all sorts of wireless signals at home, then it's more likely to encounter the problem (even on the better designed right joycon). If one doesn't and never encounter any problem, yay that's good, but don't be an ostrich and pretend there is no problem at all, ppl are all lying about it, it is not widespread issue, it's the vocal minority making so much noise to sabotage the console. Everything is fine, just call Nintendo support and you will be fine, as Reggie suggested.

30fps on console no choice to accept?
that will depend on the game.

if open world, 30fps is fine.

for action oriented, fighting games or games that requires your timely reaction (e.g. BotW), 60fps is still the preferred frame rate.

Gamewerks is selling imported switch at 539 (grey) and 549 (neon). 30 days shop warranty.

Oh. That's not a great price. I love gamewerks and usually get games there but their prices are actually getting worse now.

I maybe will still just wait for lazada or wait.

I don't know if one day maxsoft will sell the switch separately or in a cheaper better package.

Also, if the design is changed, they need to go through FCC and whatever wireless certifications again for the updated design. That will certainly take some time too.

Selling separately will definitely happen. (Like how early 3DS days are all bundled with the Mario Kart games) But I doubt it will happen any time soon. The next bundle probably gonna be with Mario Kart 8.
