Yea..i think its a "norm" that the volume output from earpiece is kinda low..

I try different earpiece, Its the same..

I get message "software closed as an error has occured" when start lego. The thing is I never even play this game before. How ah?

Guys can check if your backplate is bulging? The area around the volume keys?

Seems like a gap might forming slowly, tried to check online, seems like some face this issue too, thought my eyes playing a trick on me but i use my fingers and press, can tell there's a gap

probably like what some forums mentioned, no clips to hold down that portion to make it flushed but it seems some users experience the gap is getting bigger as they use the switch so perhaps we all should just monitor this in case.

first step is to make sure the OS and game software are updated

I am having the same problem, it was not there when I 1st got my set. It only occurred recently and I think it might be the battery getting bloated as that's where the battery is located. Will just hold on and see how it goes. Will update after another week or 2 of usage.

same with mine, i am seeing a bigger gap now compared to before, don't know if it's my eyes playing tricks on me initially.

Issue is losing game save data if we're bringing it to maxsoft, big headache.

I am sure Maxsoft can backup your saved game to the next replacement unit? If can't then siao liao.... seriously i dont see why saved game cannot be backup to SD..

Like their previous account system that can't transfer purchased digital games.
