is 550w too much? should i get 500w psu?
the cheap $49 casing should be ok right?
the graphic card any others which can last a few years and not too expensive?

Cooling CPU? Can just use intel stock cooler, comes with the CPU itself. Pretty decent cooling if you not overclocking. If you want something nicer can go for thermaltake gaia or CM evo 212 kinds, quite cheap.

Can tell you my nehalem rig is still running for 4-5 years never even bother to clean the stock HSF before... Now convert it into htpc.

760 dont really suck lah.

It is a decent performance card. Also a decent clock speed out of box. Its a mainstream gaming card. Unless you really have more money to spare. Then the best card you can get out there for single card usage would be the 770 standing at $6xx
