Thank you. I am crying again.
waking up tomorrow to go work
Good that your mind is still focus on going to work..as a parent, you cannot allow yourself to feel pity for yourself too long..it is ok to cry and feel sad...but you also need to grit your teeth and do whatever it takes to do well in your life, including continue to work and bring home the bacon for your kids snd family...as a parent, we do not have a choice to "just wallow in self pity and do nothing"

I got a friend, she nearly kills herself cos of investment losses but as a mother, she cannot do that..she has since turned her life around..

yes de, i am seldom depressed because i practise self love...two times daily. :frown:
like exercise does to our body, i believe over time we will become more resilient mentally every time we experience stress. :frown:

hmm, if u practice self love 2x a day, over time, your dong will become accustomed to mental/online porn. Probably doesn’t function as well when presented in a live fire situation.

While not everyone experiences happiness in the same way or to the same degree, the potential for happiness exists for everyone. Happiness is influenced by a combination of factors, including genetics, life circumstances, and personal choices. While some individuals may have a natural disposition towards happiness, others can cultivate it through conscious effort and positive habits :ROFLMAO:

Simple life….Happiness will come easier

I have always been so since young. I think there is something innately wrong with myself :frown: :frown:

I think there are some self help books you can read to change the mindset. Many people suffer from imposter syndrome but they mask it well enough to project an air of self-confidence.

How to seek help? Most normal people source of depression is caz not enough money and control in life. Don't say ultra rich or superstar. With enough money where got time depressed, already busy thinking how to enjoy.
