Simple life….Happiness will come easier
I wish to have a simple life too. However there are many issues at work at family at personal life.

Lower your expectations, the world will automatically be a better place to live in. :ROFLMAO:

Lowering expectations….. consciously adjusting your expectations to be more realistic and in line with what is likely to happen, rather than what you ideally want to happen. This can help manage disappointment and reduce negative emotions associated with unmet expectations. It's about finding a balance between striving for goals and accepting reality.

Hi ts kinda of similar to me

Previous I resign my job and went to a new company.
During interview is normal .but when i join the new company i got a culture shock .

And due to a few factor in work like client kinda of micro manage my staff and my staff all refused to follow my instruction and behind my back scold me etc.

Den have this feeling of not wanting to go work everyday . See my client i no mood already.

After that i resign without securing a job.
For now doing odds job.

And due to family and money issue i legi feel burn out and tbh i mostly work 7 day a week rarely take a break.

Sometime i wonder did i make the right choice by leaving my job.

Often have this thought like i am useless ,no one like me etc that why i single .

Hello brother. I also feel useless. This world is also filled with many evils who manipulate and take advantage of me

seek help as in mental health help... juz like seeing doc... helpline 1771... :s22::frown:
But I'm telling you is not useful and still waste your money. Mental help is expensive. I spent few k on therapy still like this? Talk to chatgpt free still happier or talk to a cute boy with charisma also happier lol.
