Heard from Friend that some inspection failed hence the delay?

Will be next to NSC flyover. Similar to those condos along west coast highway. Construction noise + Dust + Future traffic noise. Will have a hard time to resell it in the future.

Its not the best, but I would say its decent. Relatively convenient with mrt and amenities within walking distance or a short drive away, future possible rental prospects with the innovation corridor coming up, unit layout and placement is good. psf price is ok looking at current projects and developed by MCC land. but a few gripes is tt its beside sembawang airbase, if you like helicopters good for you, its not directly beside any mrt station, which some find dealbreakers, and well, its at woodlands anyway.
