Sometimes it depends on the buyer.

Would you rather spend 100k more and buy an EC near an mrt?

or would you rather spend 100k less, buy Northwave, spend 50k on a car or grab uber cab or go overseas?

There's no right or wrong.

Not wrong la.....I'm currently surrounded by 149 MRT stations (119 in operation, 26 more under construction or planning, 4 reserved)! :s13::s13::s13:

Next time when woodland to JB line up once traffic ease all will move to JB for sure cheaper better

Woodland housing price dropping like crazy and yet northwave wanna factor in future price...launch price 600 over psf now nearly 850 k over psf..when comes to selling is going to be nightmare...the first mover sell at 800 psf that's it..
