Anyone bought northwave?

Do check if they provide security access at basement car park and level 1.
I know 2 EC by them in Yishun don't have this basic feature.
Unfortunately I hear bad reviews on their quality from colleagues and relatives.
If possible, try to visit any of their completed EC to have a look.
I went to one, the basement car park lift lobby looks like DBSS type.

Thanks for the heads up! Will check for more details. Have you gotten your unit in other EC?

What attracted you to Northwave? I stay around that area, it's too far to walk to Admiralty MRT. Not much amenities there. You not considering Parclife, Visionaire or BrownStone?

Yah I gotten my EC in yishun.

The rest of the EC are much bigger developments which i felt it will be very complicated. Northwave is only 300 plus units. I stay around Sembawang area so im familiar with the area. The L shaped balcony looks nice! In term of location, it lose out to other EC.

Why never consider bellewoods? No resale levy but limited units though

Just checked their sales brochure, they do provide card access system to the side gates, basement and 1st storey lift lobbies.

I second that. Even Bellewoods seems to have a better location. But I agree the smaller number of units and fan-shaped design balcony are 2 plus points.

Forestville quality cmi.

That's what I heard too. If possible, I will avoid this developer.
Paiseh, earlier post write the wrong EC name.

Hope the owners here dun get offended.
Just sharing what I hear from colleagues and friends who bought units from this developer.
