play store auto reinstalls all your apps if you choose to, preferably over wifi
for me, it takes maybe 10-15 mins max?

Use kies on ur computer to update....

what killtime said. usually telcos release ota updates in batches to reduce server load. but i've not heard of such a restriction for kies.

i tried ota when they informed me last week, but i had custom recovery so the dl was blocked. by the time i backed up and restored to stock ota and kies had stopped working so i simply flashed thru odin

yeah i remember my battery life sucked once i upgraded to 4.3. factory resetted and it was fine, so if you're going to upgrade it just back up ur contacts and whatsapp. i dun really care about saved games, so.

Not sure you will get to see the updates if not on ROM based on Singapore. There should not be much of changes anyway other than the difference in the bloatware the telcos include.

i flashed from nordic to sg, got slightly more batt, but maybe because i installed less apps and used less widgets
