Telco price won't drop until Manufacturer drops SRP.

Manufacturer won't drop SRP till the next generation device is coming out soon.

So in short nope, the telco price won't drop.

You can just recon for a fruit phone or other new phone that fetches a premium and get the Note 3.

export set = oversea sets without warranty
agent set = from which agent? lol
