Brought 2 set from red white on 12/11/2013. Found out just now that 1 set cannot zoom in or out when surfing the net like hwz. Can change or not ?

What browser are you using?

If you are using stock browser, check the settings again as below.

Clear cache of the stock Internet app and reboot to see how it goes.

If you can zoom in and out in other apps, then it is not a phone problem.

How to clear cache ?

> Settings > General > Applications Magaer > All >

Search for "Internet".

Clear Cache and reboot your phone.

If still cannot! Do a factory reset to see how it goes before heading down to RWM.

Those few shops that have been mentioned here are worthy and trusted retail shops.

We all bought all products from them over the years. Nothing to worry about.

All their products are brand new and sealed; directly from the respective manufacturers.

Just don't go to ah bang and ah lian shops! Their products are questionable.

I once saw a shop assistant pretend to use a pen knife to cut the seal on the side which is not visible to the buyer. That box has been opened and the seal has been broken previously. That buyer was cheated and thought it was a sealed and brand new set and bought it.

You see young punks likes ah beng or lian that type. Mostly in HDB estate and China town area.

One word! Just visit those shops that have been mentioned here. Personally, RWM, Adix_82 shop, Mobyshop, J2 and etc. are honest and good.
