Wan big screen then S11 ultra wifi or 5g. Can extend screen some more with the dex os.

size wise s10fe is not bad. It is same as the plus size which is between the normal and ultra size.

And since it is not plus version, also much cheaper but still got the size.

If want cheaper can try s9fe since only taking notes.

Another factor to consider is the s11 line like change the body layout so accessories cannot cross use with lower versions.

I had it before but sold it. It is a pure note taking tablet. Very paper feel

Unless you are drawing extensively, there's no need for tablet.

The note/ultra series samsung phones are much more adept and portable to take notes with the s pen.
