Are they identical? Do they have the same power consumption?

They are bad but can one be worse than the other?

I know you got 深仇大恨 against Samsung fab like another user had hatred against apple products.

But no need be so hostile la. :s13:
Having used a S22 Ultra with 8Gen1, I have agree that it runs hot and battery life is average for a 5000mmah battery, usually lasting till end of day.

Also used a Pixel 6 (on Android 12) and 6a (on Android 13) with tensor chip. From my usage experience, the tensor chip runs even hotter than the 8Gen1 and for me both phones had to be charged around 3-4pm in order to last till end of day and would be around 40-41 degrees even from just streaming videos and WhatsApp etc.

My 2 cents on the Nothing phone so far on 1.1.3:

1. Battery life is average. Max SOT with mixed use on LTE is around 5-6hrs before battery is single digit percentage. Going to give it a week or two as I just got the phone for a few days.

2. Cameras are decent for the price, not as good as the 6a or s22u, but passable. And for me it's sometimes strangely slow to save a snapshot to photos.

3. Runs cool mostly and everyday use feels snappy even though it's a mid tier SD778G+. Can't comment on games as I mostly just play POGO and PUBG only. I do think mid range phones with the Dimensity 8100 would be a better but at the Nothing phone's price point.

4. Love the stock Android feel. I really want to use a pixel, but the tensor chip and Google's inability to optimise better for it really made the 6 series unusable for me and I guess Nothing OS is a compromise.

+1 for sd778g+
1. Battery life on nothing phone quite good though, 8 hours sot, quite decent imo
3. Tensor heats up randomly even when web browsing. .
4. Think nothing OS is the second best if want clean android feel for now. Better then oxygenOS/colorOS and definitely millions of miles better than MIUI

Bought the original tempered glass from Challenger. Good quality and easy to apply with the frame that comes in the package.

Other than the Samsung flip 3 that I used, this phone is another conversation starter. People who see it will go gaga over the transparent back design and those who are a bit tech savvy will immediately recognize it's the Nothing phone and ask how is it.

After testing all the cases that arrived today and yesterday,
I decided to go with this black transparent TPU case by imak to go with my black phone for the sake of having the slimmest profile.
Personally, i feel the phone is big enough and i cannot tolerate any additional thickness to it

Do keep us updated man... I wonder how their 1 to 1 works
Hello! Just got back. Managed to get a 1-to-1 exchange for my handset.
However they told me that the warranty does not cover green tint on the phone screen. I managed to get the exchange due to another hardware issue where the screen goes black randomly and doesn't respond, and I need to do a hard reset. (Happened 3-4 times already)

You have to bring along the receipt/invoice (that maybe also display the IMEI no.) as proof of purchase for the exchange, and also to show proof of the issue you faced with the phone. For me, I used another phone to record/take photo the issues above, and if it's the green tint issue or something that you can show immediately, it'll be great if you can show the evidence on the spot with your phone.

Thanks again for pointing me to the right direction for the warranty!
