Honestly speaking, the phone is very smooth for the specs. I still thought it will be lag
I mean I can't play games on highest settings but that's something I can deal with. The whole package is all what it matters to me. I won't find something as good as this for this price range and don't give me the poco x6 pro bs, never gonna use poco ever again

Hmm
I molest the phone extensively at challenger.

The winning point is actually the ui.
Nothing more than that.

For the price, actually the Samsung a55 is way better value at similar price ppint
- better screen
- longer support
- better camera

This phone is a good alternative only if U don't want Samsung phones and gian the morning ui.

I rather take mediatek 7200 pro than exynos 1480 though.

I have no complaints for both OS. Most importantly smooth and good battery life. Im sure samsung battery life will be gg

No diff la unless U game heavy games.
All these overheating is hype up by YouTubers
I use s21 ultra Exynos put on batt saver
Phone smooth. Charge to 85 percent and end the day at 30 percent

Now I use s24 ultra put on battery saver and same! Haha. From my viewpoint they could have put the whatever Exynos from s21 ultra into s24.

Dunno if U old enough to remember the Pentium race last time
What Pentium 1, Pentium 2 blar blar blar. 2 or 3 years need to upgrade.
After a while U realise ,ey I just using ms word nia, still same. Upgrade for ****.

Same for handphone nowadays days.
Even if play game , I was doing fornite 60 fps on my old a55s.

Nothing by Carl pei.
Sorry , not a great fan. All talk nia. He is a great marketer.

A5x series is Samsung best selling series annually. They tend to give it the best value proposition.

I haven had time to go see and try out the phone yet but to me as a non techie consumer, the Nothing 2a design appeals to me much more than rest of the brands and models at a similar price range. But to each his/her own. Preferences are very subjective so the different brands and models have their own appeal to different crowds.

Just hands-on with Samsung a55
Not sure why, flat frame felt unwieldy
Unfortunately, so many brands copycat apple decision to go back to flat frame, not nice to hold

To each own preference. For me i dont look at who the founder of company is but more of what they offer. The bezels on a55 is hideous and the side design is :s22:

Still curious to know what's the deal breaker of Poco for you.

The longevity of the phone is bad, you'll get a serious issue with the phone after prolonged usage, poor software support, heats up easily. lackluster OS for me, already bad enough. At least Nothing has a strong community that'll improve the phone consistently, can't same the same for other brands.

For me, 7 years of update is useless on samsung. Their phones will NEVER last for 7 years

Bug fixes
🔒 Optimised flickering issue when launching apps from lock screen.
🖼️ Fixed an issue where home screen and lock screen wallpapers would be displayed abnormally.
📶 Fixed an issue where the Quick Settings incorrectly displayed Wi-Fi or cellular data information.
📞 Resolved an issue where the screen would go black during incoming calls in specific scenarios.
