this may be a dumb question.. but im just wondering.. there are 2 toilets for 3room flats, but i dont need 2 toilets. is it possible to convert the toilet in the masterbed room into a walk-in wardrobe or sth?

not really dumb... great idea indeed. read from some threads here that it is possible.

if you are talking about 5-room, it is partly because there is limited amount of supply (108 units only). if you multiply the supply by 4 or 5 times, you will not expect such a high application rate...

In my opinion, the bto site besides compass point is very worth.. Compass point has many things, except movie threatre and that area lack of swimming pool..

i have also submitted my application for queenstown 3 room.. decided to ballot for ghim moh instead of waiting for dawson surbana. hdb may change ruling next year and allow singles to apply for 3 rooms too so there will be more competition.. no offence to singles, im a single too so i know we singles are often the neglected group.. looks like high chance of getting ghim moh 3 room based on the subscription rates. guess im not fated to ballot for dawson.. oh well..
