Are they waiting on some other documents from you? I got my HLE pretty quick, once those (additional) documents they wanted was submitted to them.

i applied HLE on the day when i went down for my flat selection. the officer didnt ask me for any documents. a few days later hdb dropped me a sms saying that they have received my documents.. but til now no update on my hdb webpage.

3 room take up rate is not very high, I suppose there will be quite a number of leftover flats. My level has 4 units of 3 rooms and 2 units of 4 rooms, still left 2 units of 3 rooms not taken up.

I just received mine too for my toa payoh application, appointment in jul. My queue no. exceeded by 1000+ though. I saw what was left, only joo seng green units, lower floors.

I read before ppl rejected leftover units for other projects and it was not counted as rejection. Anyone can give more info as I thinking to reject this but unsure.

Toa Payoh Rise.... Oh, you mean the Toa Payoh Crest bto? Didn't you received an invitation for open house that happened on 23 Oct? More details were given like 2 blks in Q1 17 and the other 2 blks in Q2 17, and you would have met your new MP when you shift over.
