During 2003, My colleague bought a condo near TTSH for 500k-600k, now at least 2.7million to 3million...

Dun think will pantang if u can huat so much, right?

But must see what TS wants, to stay or for investment purposes...

Maybe is not ownself stay. And furthermore, tenant profile not pantang!

yes, always see the jap mummies fetching their kids from schools. and koreans at novena sq.

great thing is the location. got many food options within 1 km. even middle of night can go balestier for BKT or newton fc. slightly further got jalan besar and orchard.

Newton sucks unless you like to drive. No fast food, no eateries except for chop carrot Newton food centre (somemore no EDMWer favourite mix rice), no shopping unless you go to Orchard or Novena. No supermarket or wet market. No neighborhood shops. Even getting a haircut also mafan :(
Newton peeps go Orchard for haircuts and Jason’s. simi wet market 😄

Good to stay in newton/novena area?

Close to town, have nice sch, mrt, high ses area

Abit pricey but even jurong so ex nowadays
Personally don’t like cause the road noise is loud and a lot of construction in novena.

Newton traffic pretty bad. But the price point of CCR Newton is pretty good now.

Supermarket must drive. There’s cluny court, Chancery lane or coronation for supermarket but not great

I think you stay that area get hawker food beyond Newton would be a challenge
