becareful where u choose for condo at novena. There r a lot of supplu within this area.

hace a friend bought Newton condo.

For Newton the area is from Newton Circus hawker center all the way to Mt Elizabeth
If its the latter it's literally Orchard Road already

And wait till you see Tan Chin Tuan Mansion Condominium
So weird

Newton sucks unless you like to drive. No fast food, no eateries except for chop carrot Newton food centre (somemore no EDMWer favourite mix rice), no shopping unless you go to Orchard or Novena. No supermarket or wet market. No neighborhood shops. Even getting a haircut also mafan
