Hi everyone,
I managed to find only 2 recommended maui and jucy. Maui 4 berth is damn ex. Average price is 340 nzd per day. Is it true? Cos jucy price FOR 4 Berth is around 133 NZD. Is there any other recommendations?

Thank you very much in advance

go thru an agent (one with a lower commission/deposit), not direct. You know you're getting the one you want, by looking at the pickup depot address.
The agent sites may not show the actual brand in the vehicles (usually superimposed with their own arbitrary logos/branding)

i was also looking at jucy rentals. don't know which is better
Wicked uses l 7-12yrs old vans, thus cheap. Jucy 2-5yrs new, about 2x price. Depends on your budget and ability to handle old vans.

interesting to note the tour agents are getting into it. Shd be fun for ppl who seldom get to appreciate some wild.
But $2.5k each is half of my party of 4 for 2 weeks.

Maybe I shd organise a convoy for local budget campers, 4-6 vans max ideal. Who's keen next June? haha

seem quite reasonable $2338/-
consider still SQ flight. but up to how many pax? or $2338/pax

itinerary like not very interesting ... alot of city driving

anyway i would prefer to travel in a smaller group.
the bigger the grp is,the more time you waste.

Wait toilet, wait buy snacks, wait missing. After waiting another go missing, taking photos behind or shopping, loop few times. Pump gas 10 mins, becomes 45 mins. Especially winter, sunset lor.

Taiwan is same as Malaysia in infra/roads/buildings/prices/people/behaviors/, and I feel nothing kid friendly actually.

Did TW round island 14 days in 2013, without staying in the major cities for long, couple days only. plan for 20 if you're doing more in the cities.

Your bbs' 1 yr gap is good. 1-2yo gong², run/sleep everywhere, can carry/hang around. 3yo time not good time to bring for wild. Grumpy, disturbing, refuse to walk and too heavy to carry. We left ours at home with grannies to tour Szechuan/Yunan, again 2 weeks, when they were 3yo.

i dun really think so lehx ...
i think their ppl/culture/food/environment is much much better den Malaysia
i travel up north quite frequent ... just did port dickson trip beginning of june, planning to head up genting sep ...

for me, i think TW got more interesting things and places to places is nearer
i did a 12 day trip round TW in 2016 .. average 2 days each per city plus their suburb ... too much thing to explore and too little time
tt y planning to go again either end of2017 or beginning of 2018

for OZ trip, planning to go when #1 ard 3.5yr and #2 1.5yr
at least more food option for them and less taxing on us adult
and hopefully more "grown up" for them to enjoy theirsleves

how old was ur kids when u bought them for their 1st camper trip ?

1-3yo surely enjoy, anything, except walk/hike for the latter. My advice no need splurge for great memories for them below 4yo. They have no single impression for brief experiences before 4-half yo.

I regretted bringing my family to US when he was 4yo. Despite all the exciting theme parks/rides/sights/drives/cities/events, he can't remember a single thing/flash of image. Waste money spending so much there then, After 5-12yo, ideal for those sights/ adventures. Likely redo US in 5yrs' time,(14yo).

1st one did his 1st walk on his 1st birthday in Masushima (some famous near-shore islets), 1 hour north of Sendai 2008. Not as nice a place I expect from those exaggerating Japanese reads. Kns and boring acty.

Thereafter off 300km up north to Morioka for Tohoku explore on a 660cc self-mod boxvan. Tohoku is nice, ulu and less travelled as Hokkaido inland,
