What kind of career r u pursuing in future?

Interactive design? Fine arts? Graphic Design?

Hah. I am infuriated beyond words. My parents are trying to forcefully make me reject the LaSalle/ADM offer because of the future job prospects. How do I convince them not to :'(

I'm really interested in graphic and interactive design, I'm now trying to convince them that if they are so worried about my career after I graduate, then at least let me choose NTU then, since I can still take some other electives or minors along with my major.

I understand that it's quite difficult to convince them. Maybe you can try telling them your plans after you graduate? Plan out first, wait for a good time to talk to them. After that just give them some time to think about it.

I not sure if this will work out, but at least you told them about your plans and stuff. :)

Thanks for the advice , it means a lot to me :)
Hmm I'm giving them some time to cool down before talking to them again, and I'm planning to bring them to ADM's tea reception next week. If all else fails, the they'll probably ask me to choose some irrelevant course at nus instead.

You're welcome :)
I think that's a good idea to bring them to the tea reception. I hope everything works out for you!
