At first I couldnt understand what you meant, but I checked my courses registered and I think the same thing happened to me. My UE first choice and Gerpe 2nd choice moved to the top of the table of courses registered. But still on the waitlist. But I think we are thinking too much la lol. Just wait for tmr for the confirmation.

In the past when this happens it usually means u got the mod liao.. Not sure if they fixed it

Gerpe and UE is separate waitlist. U should put both as first choice, not first and second

It's out for me! I didn't receive an email though. I checked my "check/print courses registered" and my Korean mod is now registered. Doubled check with degree audit and yes, I got my Korean mod

Anyone else checked theirs?

Yeah. Got mine too. Apparently the mods that were moved to the top of the list were the ones I got lol.

In the past they gave a set time eg 11am release.

But that got ppl anxiously refreshing and complaining when its not out at 11am.

Looks like this time round they didn't bother giving a time anymore lol.

Usually they wunt allocate all the slots one.. Reserve a few for add drop period

I also looking for such a UE.

But theres no such thing ba, cause every module also got bell curve, every module also maybe only top 10 to 20%(?) can get A.

no matter what you take, also need to be among the best.

unless there is something you are very good in, like language or sport, that is easy to you but difficult to other people.

Easy to A.. no. Otherwise everyone will be scrambling to add it.

But some electives are harder than others. MCQ electives are popular, as are open-book ones. These are easy to get S even with minimum effort.

Some modules like Astro have test banks and you could more or less guarantee at least an A- if you do thousands of questions.

Choose a module in an area you are comfortable with or has an assessment format you are confident in. Example: Report writing, Video Making, MCQs, Memory Intensive Content, Essay-based finals, "Fluff-based" etc.

Anyone took Language mods before?
All lang mods got two tutorials. Do you guys think its okay to go your original slot for the first tutorial then the second tutorial to go another slot? Should be can right?

no, the teacher sees you for 3 hours per week, he/she will recognise you by name, unless you can make them agree on this arrangement
